Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 7 CBT Therapist wiith CAMHS experience to support our NHS client in Birmingham.
Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months initially to then 6 months. The shift pattern would be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, although the service would consider other suitable work patterns for the right candidate.

Job description:
- Highly specialised psychological assessment and intervention to clients and their families in inpatient admissions
- Comprehensive risk assessments
- Collaborative formulation and treatment interventions for CAMHS patients who experience co-morbid mental health and neurodiversity including complex- trauma, complex eating, complex anxiety, suicidality, psychosis and bi-polar disorder.
- Work in conjunction with ward MDTs, (psychiatry, nursing, OT, SaLT, FT, Psychology), families, carers and external professionals.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines
- Experience of working with patient who have a range of complex mental health presentations.
- BCAP registration
- Community Mental Health
- CAMHS experience is essential
