Receptionist (Corporate Financial Services) - City Centre - #2089632

A corporate financial services company based in the city centre is looking for an experienced receptionist to take on a front-of-house role and join a super friendly team. We are looking for a candidate who can handle a wide range of calls with ease and act as a gatekeeper when required. The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of service every day for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the first-person people meet upon arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post, in a professional manner.
- Order office supplies, including stationery, as required.
- Carry out all ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Set up meeting rooms.
- Ensure the office is tidy, including printing and binding documents and bundles.
Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within finance, professional services, high-end hospitality, luxury hotels, or as cabin crew looking to transition into a corporate environment.
