Real Estate Solicitor (3–4 PQE)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented 3–4 PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, handling high-quality work with strong client exposure and genuine progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management work
• Drafting and negotiating leases, transfers, licences, reports on title, and ancillary property documents
• Conducting due diligence, reviewing searches, and dealing with completions efficiently
• Supporting partners on complex transactions while taking ownership of your own matters
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams
• Assisting with business development and networking initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE in Real Estate/Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Confident managing transactions independently with excellent organisational skills
• Commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused
• A collaborative team player with a genuine ambition to progress
