Real Estate Partner – Development & Investment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Partner or ambitious Legal Director looking to take the next step in their career to join a growing and highly regarded law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Real Estate team focused on Development & Investment work, where you will play a key role in developing the department, driving business growth and taking the practice to the next level.

As a Real Estate Partner, you will:

Lead and grow the Development & Investment offering
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
Play a key role in the strategic growth of the department
Mentor and develop junior lawyers and support teams
Build your profile within the market and wider business community
Contribute to leadership and decision-making across the firm

About You

Be an established Partner or Senior Legal Director with a strong following
Have extensive experience within Real Estate Development & Investment
Demonstrate strong business development and networking skills
Be commercially minded with a passion for growth
