Client Advisor - Veterans Support (Justice System)

Hybrid (travel to office as required)

We are supporting an organisation delivering vital services to UK Armed Forces veterans who are at risk of, or already involved with, the Justice System.

This is a meaningful, front-line advisory role where you'll provide initial support, guidance, and assessment to veterans, helping them access the right services at the right time.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for referrals, ensuring veterans are engaged, assessed, and directed to the appropriate regional support.

This is a high-impact role requiring empathy, organisation, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
