CRA Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly respected national membership organisation in the recruitment of two Employment Law Paralegals / Legal Advisors to join their growing legal team.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in employment law, HR, regulatory or litigation environments to develop their expertise within a specialist legal setting. Working as part of an established team of solicitors and legal professionals, you will provide practical legal guidance to members across a broad range of workplace and employment-related issues.

You will play a key role in supporting members through a variety of employment law matters, delivering practical advice and assisting with legal casework from initial enquiry through to resolution. The position provides valuable exposure to Employment Tribunal proceedings, case preparation and legal drafting, alongside the opportunity to work closely with experienced employment law specialists.
This role would suit a motivated and organised individual looking to build a long-term career within employment law while gaining exposure to complex and rewarding legal work.
- Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters under supervision
- Providing legal advice and support to members on workplace and employment-related issues
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and case preparation
- Drafting legal documents including witness statements, claim forms, submissions and case plans
- Undertaking legal research and preparing supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate case records and client correspondence
- Working collaboratively with solicitors and senior legal advisors on more complex matters
- Managing competing priorities whilst delivering a high standard of client service
- Supporting members through often sensitive and challenging workplace situations
- Previous experience within Employment Law, HR, Trade Union, Regulatory or Litigation environments
- Experience managing and progressing matters with a degree of autonomy
- Strong drafting, written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
- Law degree, LPC, SQE studies or Paralegal qualification beneficial but not essential
- Fully remote working following an initial induction period
- Competitive salary of £26,500
