Churchill Howard is proud to be partnering with a leading force in the Facilities Management sector to source a highly driven and strategic Commercial Bid Modeller. This is a critical, high-impact role designed for a finance professional who excels at translating complex financial data into clear, profitable commercial strategies. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll act as the key financial gatekeeper and partner, providing the commercial teams with the robust analysis and modelling they need to win business and optimise profitability.


• Strategic Partnership: Act as a key strategic finance lead, intimately partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams to challenge and support business strategy.

• Tender & Planning Support: Deliver high-impact financial analysis to underpin major tenders, promotions, and strategic business planning decisions.

• Margin & Pricing: Improve margin performance through developing and evaluating effective pricing strategies and new product/service development proposals.

• Inflation Mitigation: Proactively mitigate inflationary pressures by providing actionable solutions based on detailed sales and category insights.

• Performance Analysis: Provide essential pre- and post-promotional analysis to guide effective decision-making and measure ROI.

• Risk & Costing: Evaluate raw material alternatives (where relevant) with robust cost-impact assessments and scenario planning.

• Profitability Management: Manage customer profitability reporting, using data to offer challenge and strategic support to commercial leads.

• Model Expertise: Deliver insightful product/service costing analysis utilizing complex "what-if" scenarios and margin forecasts.

• Financial Guardianship: Support commercial strategies through robust financial modelling and effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring financial integrity.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects with a commercial and financial lens, optimizing processes and reporting.


We're looking for an individual with a proven track record, likely gained within a fast-paced B2B or service environment (Facilities Management experience is highly advantageous).


• Exceptional proficiency in advanced financial modelling (forecasting, scenario planning, pricing models).

• Demonstrable experience translating commercial data into clear, executable financial strategy.

• Strong communication and influencing skills – the ability to constructively challenge and guide senior commercial stakeholders.
