TEAM ASSISTANT:
A prestigious global investment firm is seeking a Junior Bankers Assistant to join a collaborative and high-performing team. Supporting 25+ bankers across Analyst, Associate and Junior VP levels, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a high-volume workload.

Working alongside an established team of Assistants, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while developing your skills within a world-class financial services organisation. We are looking for a proactive, organised and process-driven individual who can build strong relationships, manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional administrative support.

TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at the Associate level and above
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, and accommodation bookings
  • Coordinating car bookings
  • Managing and preparing expenses
  • Processing invoices
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
  • Supporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queries
  • Providing phone and holiday cover for colleagues
