Residential Surveyor - Company Information

An independent, multidisciplinary surveying consultancy are now looking for a Residential Surveyor to support them in carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys.

The patch would be tailored to the surveyor's location, so this role could be suited to someone living in the West Midlands, Worcestershire or Warwickshire.

The role - Residential Surveyor

• Level 3 Surveys of complex individual homes
• RICS Residential Surveys
• Writing comprehensive accurate survey reports
• Identifying structural and building defects
• Providing clear and justified conclusions
• Having a positive communication with clients
• Ideally RICS Chartered Building Surveyor OR AssocRICS

A full UK driving licence is required.
