We're looking for someone who loves storytelling, content creation and building a brand. Someone who is happy rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into the day-to-day execution, whilst also bringing fresh ideas and helping shape the agency's longer-term marketing strategy.

This role will become the voice and face of the agency, helping showcase incredible client work, celebrate team successes and drive awareness across the wider industry.

The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the agency's marketing and communications activity, ensuring there is a consistent and engaging presence across all channels.

From creating social content and managing company case studies through to award submissions and internal communications, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the agency's profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the agency's social media channels.
  • Create engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and become a visible presence for the agency.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of content ideas, campaigns and industry stories.
  • Write, manage and publish company case studies.
  • Gather project information from teams and clients to create compelling success stories.
  • Lead the creation and submission of industry award entries.
  • Coordinate internal award nominations and company recognition programmes.
  • Support internal communications and company-wide initiatives.
  • Work with project, production and client services teams to identify stories worth sharing.
  • Create video, written and visual content that showcases agency culture and client work.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support wider marketing campaigns, events and business development activity.

About You

  • Experience within a Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, Content Executive, PR, Communications or similar role.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable creating content across multiple formats including written, visual and video.
  • Naturally curious and proactive, always looking for the next story to tell.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident building relationships across teams and gathering information from stakeholders.
  • Passionate about social media, content and brand building.
  • A genuine interest in events, experiential marketing, production or creative agencies would be highly beneficial.
  • Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a brand.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a growing agency at an exciting stage of its journey and genuinely make your mark.

You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, influence the direction of the agency's marketing activity and play a key role in helping shape its future growth.

For someone who enjoys creating content, building brands and becoming an integral part of a business, this is a role with huge potential.
