Our client, a well-established retailer, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to drive both financial performance and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role offering significant influence across the business, with a strong blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

• Lead and oversee the finance function, ensuring robust financial governance and control
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making and business performance
• Take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic and operational insight to support business growth
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Work cross-functionally to align finance with wider operational objectives

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate across both strategic and operational delivery
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing key decisions
• Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred)
