We're seeking an ambitious Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the marketing, communications and brand strategy across three established organisations. This is a broad, high-impact role offering genuine autonomy, team leadership and the opportunity to influence how multiple brands engage with their members, customers and stakeholders.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of marketing strategy, communications, digital channels, events and brand management. You'll lead a small team, manage external suppliers and drive a programme of activity designed to increase engagement, strengthen brand awareness and support organisational growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing, communications and social media strategies.
Lead and develop a team of communications professionals.
Oversee content creation across websites, email, social media, newsletters and publications.
Drive brand consistency and quality across all communications.
Manage marketing assets, promotional materials and supplier relationships.
Lead major events, conferences and exhibitions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to develop effective campaigns and messaging.
Oversee digital channels and website development projects.
Monitor campaign performance and use insight to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Experienced Marketing, Communications or Brand Manager.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to develop and deliver successful multi-channel campaigns.
Comfortable managing both strategic projects and day-to-day activity.
Strong digital, content and brand management experience.
Commercially minded, proactive and full of ideas.
