Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the dedicated audit department in line with the firm's ambitious growth plans.

• Lead the development of the firm's commercial, corporate, and third-sector audit offering, building on existing market momentum.

• Maintain and strengthen the firm's culture during periods of rapid growth and any future acquisitions.

• Drive business development activities to secure new audit opportunities and expand market share.

• Recruit, develop, and mentor audit professionals to create a scalable and high-performing team.

• Act as a trusted adviser to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
