About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established and respected law firm in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to manage their own private client caseload while supporting a busy and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Assist with the preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Provide high levels of client care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support solicitors with more complex private client matters when required.
• Ensure files are managed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience handling a private client caseload independently.
• Strong experience within Wills & Probate is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively within a team.
• Bilingual skills would be highly advantageous.
