Your new role

• Full-time position, 5 days per week
• Long-term role to start in September
• Based within a specialist SEN provision room
• Supporting multiple pupils with complex needs, including: Non-verbal communication, Autism (ASD - cognitive & learning needs) & Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Helping to deliver structured support across EYFS to KS2 levels
• Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists to support learning, communication and emotional regulation

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, NVQ)
• Strong experience supporting children with SEN and complex needs
• Confidence working with non-verbal pupils and ASD
• Comfortable with personal care responsibilities
• Flexible and adaptable approach across different age groups (EYFS-KS2)
• A patient, resilient and nurturing attitude
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
