Our client is undertaking a large-scale recruitment campaign and is looking for 6 enthusiastic individuals to join their busy recruitment team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or candidates with previous Recruitment, HR, Administration, Compliance, or Customer Service experience. Full training can be provided for the right candidates.

The Role

You will be supporting a high-volume recruitment drive, including:

• Making and receiving a high volume of telephone calls

• Screening and supporting candidates through the recruitment process

• Chasing references and compliance documentation

• Carrying out Right to Work checks

• Processing ID verification and DBS checks

• Maintaining accurate candidate records

• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

Organised and detail-focused

Confident speaking on the telephone

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional and proactive

Flexible with working hours

Available to start immediately

Please note that during peak periods, hours may increase to up to 50 hours per week, therefore flexibility is essential.

Requirements

• Recruitment, HR, Compliance or Administration experience is advantageous but not essential

• Graduates are encouraged to apply

• Own transport preferred due to the location

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
