Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys speaking with people and converting enquiries into customers?
Brainology is looking for an experienced Admissions & Sales Coordinator to manage incoming parent enquiries, convert leads into trial-day bookings, and ensure every family receives an outstanding experience from first contact through to attendance.
This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be working with warm enquiries from parents who have already expressed an interest in our programmes.
What You'll Be DoingContacting new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
Building rapport with parents and understanding their child's needs
Converting enquiries into booked trial days
Following up consistently with prospective families
Managing all leads within our CRM system
Keeping accurate records and notes on every enquiry
Confirming attendance ahead of each Saturday session
Providing Site Managers with attendee lists and student details before each trial day
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the parent journey
What We're Looking ForProven track record in sales, admissions, recruitment, telesales, customer success or lead conversion
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Experience using CRM systems
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional, reliable and customer-focused
