Kickstart Your Career in IT Applications

IT Applications Analyst (Graduate /Entry role)

Are you ready to rethink IT support?

We’re looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join our Applications team and help us transform how IT support works. This isn’t your typical “ticket-handling” role. You’ll be part of a team that is redefining application support using AI, automation, and DevOps thinking—moving from reactive support to smarter, faster, knowledge-driven solutions.

If you’re excited by technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to shape the future of IT support, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting Applications

  • Help manage and support a range of business-critical applications
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and keep systems running smoothly

Building Knowledge (A Core Part of the Role)

  • Create clear, useful knowledge articles and runbooks
  • Capture solutions and turn them into reusable guidance
  • Help build a support model where answers are easy to find, not rediscovered

Using AI to Work Smarter

  • Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and improve resolutions
  • Generate and enhance documentation using AI
  • Explore new ways of working that challenge traditional support models

Thinking Like DevOps

  • Work closely with engineering teams on releases and improvements
  • Help automate repetitive tasks and improve system reliability
  • Take ownership and continuously improve how applications are supported

What We’re Looking for

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset
  • Interest in AI, automation, and modern technology
  • A passion for learning and sharing knowledge
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc)
  • Awareness of cloud or DevOps concepts
  • Interest in AI tools and automation
  • Exposure to automation or RPA tools (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a team modernising IT support with AI and automation
  • Learn fast with real responsibility from day one
  • Hybrid working and a flexible, supportive culture
  • Opportunity to shape new ways of working—not just follow them
  • Clear progression into senior, engineering, or platform roles

If you’re ready to bring fresh thinking, embrace AI, and build a career in modern IT, apply now.
