If you’re an experienced Corporate Tax professional looking for a broader advisory remit, stronger client influence and a clear path into senior leadership, this opportunity offers exactly that.

You’ll join an established and growing advisory firm with a strong national presence, working closely with Partners to deliver high‑quality tax advice across a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, larger corporates and international groups.

This is a senior, client‑facing role combining advisory leadership, portfolio ownership and business development, with genuine scope to shape the direction of the tax offering.

Your key focus areas

Leading Corporate Tax advisory engagements across areas including:

• Group restructures and demergers
• International expansion and structuring
• Due diligence and transaction support
• Financing structures and tax planning
• Transfer pricing and cross‑border considerations
• Managing and reviewing complex Corporate Tax compliance portfolios
• Building and developing long‑term client relationships
• Identifying opportunities for additional advisory services across the firm
• Taking ownership of client delivery, timelines and financial performance
• Supporting business development initiatives and winning new work
• Collaborating with audit, corporate finance and wider tax teams

What you’ll bring

• ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong Corporate Tax experience across both advisory and compliance
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios
• Track record of business development or growing client relationships
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax and accounting (UK GAAP / IFRS)
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
• Leadership capability - experience mentoring and developing teams
