Job Title: Support Analyst – Premier & MD Technology Services

Overview
We are supporting a major financial services organisation in the build-out of its UK Technology Support function, with roles in Birmingham, and Sheffield. This requirement is currently at RFI/RFP stage, with mobilisation expected in the next 4–6 weeks.
We are seeking high-quality, senior Support Analysts with strong technical capability, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to support business-critical users in a fast-paced enterprise environments.
Role 1: Support Analyst – MD Technology Services (Senior VIP Supp
ort)This is a high-touch VIP support role supporting Managing Directors and senior leadership.
Key Responsibles
- Provide white-glove technical support to Managing Directors and senior executives
- Deliver first-contact resolution (no back-and-forth escalates
- ion)Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across devices, applications, and collaboration tools
- Act as a trusted point of contact for VIP users, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical action
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, urgency, and communication at all t
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in VIP / Executive IT Support
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows, mobile devices
- Ability to work under pressure with high-profile stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to resolve issues independently
