This Application Service Manager based near Birmingham should have experience of most of the below:

• At least three years’ experience in software and vendor management (apps, ERP’s, CRM, WMS, etc)
• Proven track record in managing & optimizing business applications systems from cradle to grave (ideally at a group level)
• Solid software asset management skills
• Business process improvement skills
• Strong vendor and supplier management
• Understanding of ITIL would be useful
• Experience working in a regulated environment would be a real plus
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to take the lead on projects
• Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications
