Process Improvement Project Manager

We are looking for a Process Improvement Project Manager to lead transformation and improvement initiatives that make processes simpler, more efficient, and more effective. This role combines process improvement expertise with structured project delivery, ensuring change is not only designed well but successfully embedded.
You will take ownership of end-to-end process improvement projects, from discovery through to implementation and adoption. This includes understanding current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-state solutions across people, process, and technology.
Alongside this, you will manage full project delivery, ensuring strong governance, clear planning, and disciplined execution.
You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to shape solutions, build alignment, and support successful adoption of change.

What you will bring:
- Proven experience in process improvement within a complex organisation
- Strong project management experience in a structured environment
- Ability to map and analyse end-to-end processes using tools such as Visio
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Ability to lead workshops, shape solutions, and drive delivery independently
PRINCE2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
