Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with one of the Midlands leading law firms supporting their search for an experienced Plot Conveyancing Paralegal.

The firm specialises in working with property developers both large and small through the whole development process from site acquisition, site set up, development & plot sales.

Their clients range from small local developers with a small number of units to sell to large national developers with hundreds of units being released at a time.

If you are an experienced Plot Conveyancing Paralegal and have experience of…

• Liaising with developer clients on a daily basis - chasing for information and documentation.
• Preparing contract packs
• Setting up legal packs
• Handling pre-contract enquiries
• Managing exchange of contracts
• Preparing Bills.
• Undertaking Land Registry Applications

To be successful in this role you must have significant conveyancing experience or Plot Sales Paralegal experience.

It is also important that you are a car driver / owner.
