I'm hiring a commercially focused Senior Data Analyst to join a fast-growing, product-driven business and play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of product, growth, and commercial teams - helping the business better understand customer behaviour and make smarter decisions.

Fully Remote (UK)

You'll be the go-to analyst for customer insight, working across multiple teams to translate business questions into meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations.

This is not a passive reporting role. You'll be expected to:

• Challenge briefs
• Work through ambiguity
• Proactively identify opportunities
• Deliver insights that directly influence decision-making

• Analyse customer behaviour, retention, and lifecycle performance
• Support product and growth teams with data-driven insight and recommendations
• Work with stakeholders to turn vague or complex questions into structured analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve targeting, engagement, and customer value
• Deliver clear, impactful insight through analysis, reporting, and presentations
• Support experimentation and performance measurement across the business
• Proactively explore data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities

You'll sit in a small but growing analytics team, alongside:

• An Analytics Manager
• A BI Analyst
• An Analytics Engineer

You'll be the primary customer-focused analyst, working closely with product, commercial, and growth stakeholders.

• Strong SQL skills
• Experience in customer / product / growth analytics
• Ability to take a problem from undefined structured delivered insight
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills - comfortable pushing back and shaping requirements
• Commercial mindset - focused on outcomes, not just analysis
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Experience in gaming, gambling, fintech, travel, or other high-frequency customer environments
• Experience with Python or R
• Experience with visualisation tools (tool-agnostic)
• Experience working in startups or scale-ups

• 4+ years' experience (6-8 ideal)
• Someone already operating at Senior Analyst level
• Comfortable working independently with ownership of stakeholder relationships
• Curious, proactive, and commercially focused
