We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient teacher to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young people's educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Support students with SEMH needs to achieve their full potential
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with SEMH students or in alternative provision settings
Strong classroom management skills
A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Commitment to raising attainment and improving outcomes
