Urdu Speaking Executive Assistant to MD - #2079244

Due to the Nature of this Role, we can only consider candidates who are bilingual and Fluent in English and Urdu.

We're recruiting an Executive Assistant on behalf of a growing textiles business with European and Global offices. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role supporting the Managing Director across all areas of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Full diary and email management across four inboxes — keeping the MD organised and on track

• Arranging international travel, including visas and logistics across the UK, Europe and Middle East

• Liaising with teams and partners across three countries to ensure shipments and operations run on time

• Managing both professional and personal scheduling for the MD

What we're looking for

• Proven EA or PA experience, ideally supporting at director or MD level

• Fluent in Urdu — essential for this role

• Sharp, proactive and able to stay on top of a busy and varied workload

• Confident communicating across international teams and time zones

• Discreet, reliable and comfortable managing sensitive personal and professional matters

£38,000 – £40,000
