School of Coding is looking for motivated and enthusiastic apprentices to join our growing team and begin an exciting career journey in Digital Marketing.

As part of this apprenticeship, you will study towards a fully funded Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship with Aston University a highly respected university recognised for its strong industry connections and career-focused education.

This Level 6 apprenticeship programme is delivered over 3.5 years and combines practical workplace experience with academic learning, allowing you to earn while you learn with no university tuition fees to pay.

Throughout the programme, you will develop a strong understanding of modern digital marketing practices including digital advertising, content marketing, online analytics, communication strategy, and digital campaign management. You'll gain hands-on industry experience while building the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for a successful career in the digital marketing sector.

The course is delivered through blended learning, giving apprentices the flexibility to study alongside full-time employment. Learning includes online lectures, study materials, tutorials, and support through Aston University's virtual learning platform, as well as on-campus sessions each term where apprentices can network with peers, meet subject specialists, and receive one-to-one support.

You will also benefit from dedicated support throughout your apprenticeship journey from experienced professionals, university staff, and workplace mentors to help you succeed both academically and professionally.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to begin a career in Digital Marketing and fully commit to successfully completing the apprenticeship programme with Aston University.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, online communications, content creation, and customer engagement. You should be creative, organised, and willing to learn new skills in a professional working environment.

You will need to be confident in communicating with others, able to work well as part of a team, and capable of managing both work and study commitments throughout the apprenticeship. We're looking for someone who is positive, reliable, self-motivated, and keen to develop both professionally and academically.

Essential:

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Mathematics
• A Levels, BTEC, or equivalent Level 3 qualification
• Basic IT and computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, or content creation
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and online communication
• Previous work experience, volunteering, or personal projects (not essential)
