Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work at a lovely school within the B38 area. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers to begin their careers in supportive school environments while gaining valuable classroom experience and developing confidence in their teaching practice.
As an ECT, you will play an active role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing positively to school life. You will also benefit from mentoring and structured professional development in line with the statutory ECT induction programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum and school expectations.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedback to support learning.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school activities.
- Complete ECT induction requirements and participate fully in training and development opportunities.
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing teacher training.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to continue developing professionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
