Our client, a fast-paced and high-growth business, is looking for a commercially astute Head of Finance to take ownership of the finance function, drive performance, and partner the business in delivering its strategic objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance leader to operate in a dynamic environment, influence decision-making, and build a high-performing team within a supportive and progressive organisation.

• Lead and oversee the full finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive commercial decision-making and business performance.
• Deliver timely and insightful management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide clear financial analysis and commentary to support strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Own cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and financial planning.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and controls.
• Support business transformation projects and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and advisors.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (essential)
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
