Network Engineer

Birmingham based Hybrid

Up to £60,000 + Bonus

A growing financial services business is investing heavily in its technology landscape. They’re looking for a Network Engineer to be part of the journey.

This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role.

You’ll be joining during a major infrastructure and networking transformation, working across both cutting-edge project delivery and critical BAU operations in a highly visible Network engineering team.

You’ll be involved in:

• Network modernisation projects
• Cloud connectivity and AWS networking
• Enterprise wireless and security upgrades
• New technology rollouts and optimisation
• Improving resilience, performance and automation across the estate

We are looking for candidates with experience of:

• Cisco Routing & Switching
• Cisco Wireless
• Meraki
• Cisco ISE
• Cisco DNA / Catalyst Centre
• Fortinet or Cisco ASA firewalls
• AWS networking including VPC, Transit Gateway & Direct Connect

Experience with SD-WAN or network automation would be a real advantage.
