Commercial Finance Opportunity | Strategic Growth | M&A Exposure

We are partnering with a growing business to recruit a commercially focused finance professional into a newly created role with significant visibility across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant looking to work beyond traditional reporting responsibilities, operating in a highly commercial and strategically focused position.

Working closely with the CFO, sales, and operational leadership teams, the role will play a key part in:

• Driving profitability and commercial decision-making

• Improving financial insight and reporting capability

• Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital management

• Developing forecasting and financial modelling tools

• Supporting strategic growth initiatives and future acquisition activity

The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across:

• Commercial finance & business partnering
• FP&A and strategic modelling
• Cash flow and liquidity planning
• Inventory and margin analysis
• M&A analysis and reporting to support the CFO and Board

We are looking for someone who is:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Commercially minded and analytically strong

• Confident partnering with non-finance stakeholders

• Advanced in Excel and financial modelling

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

• Looking to develop toward a broader strategic finance leadership role
