Corporate Events Coordinator

Are you an organised, driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional events? We are recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based client for an Events Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract, supporting the planning and delivery of four high-profile corporate client events across the summer season.

The role:

• Coordinating logistics for four major corporate client events throughout the summer
• Sourcing, liaising with, and following up on venues and suppliers
• Managing event operations end-to-end, from planning through to on-site delivery
• Attending events in person
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in events coordination or operations
• Some exposure to commercial or corporate events environments
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and venues
• Proactive, flexible attitude — happy to travel and go the extra mile on event days
