Within this Transaction Services team, you’ll work at the heart of high-profile transactions and critical business moments, supporting a diverse client base through acquisitions, disposals, fundraising activity, and capital markets transactions. Combining data-led analysis with commercial insight, we help clients make confident decisions and achieve successful outcomes.
This award-winning team are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to play a key role in driving the continued growth of the team and their presence within the central region.
Working closely with senior leadership and Partners, you’ll help shape and develop the business, strengthen client relationships, and support the growth and development of the team.
This is a role for someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on - bringing strong technical expertise alongside commercial thinking and leadership capability. You’ll have significant experience in financial due diligence, advising corporate and strategic buyers, private equity and financial investors, vendors, and/or delivering reporting accountant assignments. Sector expertise and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and value creation will also be key.

Alongside managing your own workstreams and leading engagements, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and play an active role in enhancing client offering and identifying opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with:
- ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualified
- Strong experience within a Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Services environment
- Demonstrable leadership and people management experience
- Proven experience delivering financial due diligence assignments across a range of transaction scenarios
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
