The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong deal pipeline, the firm is seeking an Associate Director to play a key role in originating and executing transactions, while supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the firm's ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions from origination to completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and intermediaries
• Take a leading role in business development, including pitching and winning new mandates
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
• Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery across projects
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the firm

About You

• ACA qualified
• 5+ years of experience within corporate finance/investment banking/transaction services
• Strong track record of executing mid-market transactions
• Demonstrable business development capability and commercial awareness
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a partner-led, fast-paced environment
