Site Manager - #2073943

Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a commercial fit out and refurbishment project in Birmingham.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live commercial project, managing trades, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and keeping works running to programme and budget.

This project involves refurbishment works within a heritage building, so previous heritage and listed building experience is essential. Candidates must also have a strong background within commercial refit and fit out projects.

- Location: Birmingham

- Start Date: 1st June 2026

- Rate: £280 per day

- Duration: 9 months

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS


• Black CSCS Card


• First Aid


• Own tools & PPE


• Previous commercial fit out/refurbishment experience


• Heritage or listed building project experience
