Store Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver strong sales and exceptional customer service
• Drive high visual merchandising standards across the store
• Manage all aspects of retail operations including stock control, staffing, and compliance
• Create a positive and energetic culture on the shop floor
• Analyse KPIs and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Support the team hands-on during busy trading periods

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader within fast paced retail
• Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and retail performance
• Passionate about visual standards and customer experience
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• An Assistant Manager ready for the next step or a Store Manager looking for a new challenge
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy retail environment
