The Strategic Business Development Manager will focus on driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role is working with a creative business who helps businesses expand and grow into new markets.

Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Work with some well known Blue-chip brands helping build the business forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Development Manager should have:

  • Degree Educated
  • Proven experience in sales within a creative industry - digital, design OR NPD/ Concept to compilation.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
