A leading international electromechanical component manufacturer is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Midlands within the Medical, T&M and Hi-Rel Markets.

This is a high-impact role focused on winning new OEM business and growing key customer accounts within demanding engineering and technology markets.

Ideal background:

Electromechanical or electronic component experience

Technical or engineering understanding

Strong relationship-building and value-based selling skills

Commercially driven and comfortable managing complex sales cycles
