About the role:

GAUCHO are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our GAUCHO Birmingham restaurant. The successful General Manager candidate will be an experienced restaurant operator, being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development. The General Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Director on projects and will take full ownership of them. They will be an ambassador for the brand, leading by example and driving the business.
