The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Contact Advisor to support a busy social housing project based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in improving customer data and delivering an excellent service to residents.

The Role

You will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to tenants, gathering and verifying key information to support service delivery and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers to collect and verify information on vulnerabilities, additional needs, and household details
• Conducting sensitive and supportive conversations with customers
• Accurately recording and updating information across internal systems
• Supporting improvements in data quality and service delivery
• Delivering excellent customer service across calls, emails, voicemails, and texts
• Achieving First Contact Resolution wherever possible
• Managing a busy and fluctuating workload of housing-related enquiries
• Working collaboratively to improve team and individual performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
• Completing outbound activities in line with team targets
• Following company policies and health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service or contact centre environments
• Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven setting
• Confidence handling sensitive or vulnerable customer conversations
• Strong data entry and IT skills with high accuracy
• Essential: Social Housing experience

• Ability to provide full compliance documentation
