What you’ll be doing
As an Area Manager, you’ll lead from the front, developing high-performing teams whilst building strong client and candidate relationships.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialist recruiters across multiple disciplines
- Create and deliver a clear business development strategy to grow market share
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point
- Drive team performance against KPIs, financial targets, and business plans
- Analyse performance data to make sound commercial decisions
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Reed’s presence locally
- Ensure a first-class service for both clients and candidates
Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a sustainable, high-performing team

- Have proven experience in recruitment leadership or managing high-performing sales teams
