ENT Consultant – Outpatient Clinics

About the Role

We are working with Modality Group to recruit experienced ENT Consultants to support outpatient clinic delivery across multiple sites in Birmingham.

This is a flexible opportunity offering sessional work to fit around your availability, supporting increased patient demand across ENT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ENT outpatient consultations
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions
• Develop treatment plans and make onward referrals where appropriate
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and diagnostic services

What We’re Looking For

• GMC registered ENT Consultant with Licence to Practise
• Experience independently running ENT outpatient clinics
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple Birmingham clinic sites
