Role Description:

We are looking for a HubSpot & AI Implementation Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored CRM and AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless platform integration across sales, marketing, service, and operational processes.

The role will involve leading client discovery and scoping workshops to identify business challenges, technical requirements, and opportunities for automation and AI adoption. You will be responsible for translating workshop outcomes into clear, structured documentation, including implementation plans, process mapping, portal audits, recommendations, and technical specifications within client HubSpot environments.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will deliver engaging HubSpot training sessions tailored to users of varying technical skill levels, from day-to-day platform users through to senior leadership teams. You should be confident presenting to both small teams and larger audiences, ensuring clients feel empowered to maximise the value of HubSpot and related technologies within their organisations.

The position also includes providing ongoing strategic and technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, advising on best practices, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, automation, and adoption across the HubSpot ecosystem. You will be expected to build strong client relationships and guide businesses on how to advance their use of HubSpot over time.

In addition, the role will play an important part in supporting NC’s growing focus on AI implementation and innovation through Nexa AI Labs. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and be excited about helping businesses adopt practical AI solutions, automation tools, AI-powered workflows, conversational AI, and operational efficiencies. You should feel confident recommending and discussing new tools and technologies that can enhance client performance and digital transformation strategies.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously while effectively prioritising their own workload in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, commercial awareness, and a client-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

  • Confidence recommending new tools, technologies, and process improvements to clients that support digital transformation and AI adoption strategies
  • Exceptional presentation, training, and communication skills, with the ability to confidently deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to audiences of varying technical skill levels, including large groups and senior stakeholders
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, provide strategic guidance, manage expectations, and act as a long-term advisor to clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience identifying inefficiencies, troubleshooting platform issues, and implementing data-driven optimisation strategies
