Permanent Role – Transformation Business Analyst

Salary: Competitive / negotiable

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week on site in London

Eligibility: British citizens only

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major business transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology teams to gather, analyse, and define business-led requirements.

This role will suit a BA with strong experience working on transformation projects, ideally involving CRM, digital, process, or systems change. You will be responsible for understanding current-state processes, defining future-state requirements, supporting process improvement, and ensuring business needs are clearly translated into deliverable outcomes.

Key skills and experience required:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within transformation programmes
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Current-state and future-state process mapping
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Gap analysis and impact assessment
• Experience supporting business change and process improvement
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Dynamics 365 CRM experience would be highly beneficial
