Senior Resourcer – Temporary Specialist Team

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Resourcer to join our Temporary Specialist team initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Senior Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting temporary recruitment function. Working closely with 2x high performing consultants, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and screening high-quality candidates in a timely and effect manger.

The main focus for this role is to improve our pipeline of quality candidates that are cleared and available to put out to work in education and moderate compliance sectors.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is highly organised and a strong communicator.

Salary = £28-30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary assignments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available and qualified candidates
• Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure candidates meet all requirements
• Work closely with consultants to understand client needs and deliver suitable candidates
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a moderate/high compliance hiring environment
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, driven, and team-oriented approach
• Confidence working with systems and maintaining accurate data
