We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by managing contract reviews, midterm changes, and leveraging strategic information
- Manage all aspects of account servicing, including queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments for large accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth
- Provide technical support for complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual understanding
- Stay informed on market conditions and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Previous experience in a similar role within commercial, risk management, or corporate insurance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in advising, negotiating, and building relationships
- Corporate account handling experience with larger, multinational clients
- Ability to carry out risk assessments tailored to meet the specific needs of clients
