You will be focused on the creation and execution of the joint business plans with Amazon and building customer relationships. Additionally, you will have responsibility across international markets and will plan and execute launches of new products to meet revenue targets.

How You Will Contribute

  • Meet/exceed internal and external sales targets.
  • Create and execute the joint business plans with Amazon.
  • Own all internal relationships with Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Analyse current data to construct a long-term development plan for maximum growth across the channel and product groups.
  • Partnering with our third-party agency, with the ability to run complex sets of data, to help the team make informed commercial decisions and drive existing and new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships with the Vendor manager and AVS teams to achieve the key objectives of availability and sustainable profit.
  • Review and analyse, sales, promotions, and ROI data to make the best future decisions for sustainable and efficient growth.
  • Plan and execute launches of new products to meet revenue targets.
  • Work with the trade marketing team to plan and execute initiatives with key events and product NPD and EPD to provide first in class digital assets on Amazon shop front/brand pages.
  • Generate progress and performance reports to share within the organisation.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Attend weekly cross functional account meetings internally and externally.
  • Attendance of weekly sales and supply chain/sales operations meetings to raise issues which affect customers and our strategy.
  • Support account reviews and follow-up actions.


What you will bring:

  • An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible, with strong self-initiative.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and under instruction.
  • Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person; via email; via telephone.
  • Professional, smart & organised.
  • Ability to effectively work collaboratively across marketing, finance, and production teams.
  • Previous business development experience in Convenience, Sports Wholesale or Away from Home channels is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Sports Nutrition channel would be desirable.
