About the role An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our Team at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham as a Parts Manager. As a Sytner Parts Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be managing stock and helping to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the department. You will coordinate with the workshops and Sales teams as well as selling directly to the public.

Your position is critical to the smooth running and excellent customer service we provide to our demanding and discerning clients. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday and can on occasion include Saturday mornings to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you Previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential and as well as experience of analysing and controlling KPI's and budgets. Ideally, you will be highly motivated with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems and profitability. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential and a good knowledge of Kerridge is desirable. Having a desire to offer great customer service and grow our success with additional sales to external independent garages and to promote accessory sales.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have management/supervisory experience in an Aftersales department as a minimum requirement for this role.
