We’ve invested over 1 billion pounds in covering 2.3 million homes across the UK and we are not stopping there. We have ambitious plans to build to 5 million premises across the UK by 2027 and we are looking for ambitious individuals to join us on our mission on improving digital access across the UK; future-proofing homes and businesses with reliable, high-quality, high-speed internet connections.

About the Role:

  • You’ll be happy to travel Monday-Friday to areas across the UK where we are building our network at pace and enjoy variety in your day-to-day. This could be as far North as Scotland, into Northern Ireland, or into different parts of England and Wales; we’ll put you up in a hotel Monday-Friday, all expenses paid.
  • You will be the brands first contact with residents in our network build areas.
  • It will be your job to inform them of what to expect from us whilst we are installing our network in their area over the coming months and to excite residents about our ultrafast fibre network and the benefits it will bring to them once our build work is completed.
  • For us to be able to keep them informed of progress and when their home is eligible to go live, you will collect their basic contact details so we can keep them informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for people of all ages who are confident in their ability to hold a conversation with residents at their doorstep– really is that simple.
  • When we are about to go live in an area, you will be responsible for capturing resident contact details that can help us understand broadband products used by local communities.
  • This is a field-based role so you will need to be able to drive and ideally have good understanding of UK geography and demographics.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Must have a full driving licence with access to own vehicle.
  • Must enjoy travelling and enjoy a variety of where you will be working week by week.
  • You must be someone who enjoys conversations with new people.
  • Ideally some experience in sales/lead generation/customer service/ field sales/telesales. However, this not essential as full training is provided.
  • Have a good understanding of UK Georgraphy and demographics.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and good work ethic are all essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
