What will you be doing?
Description We are looking for a passionate disabled volunteer to co-deliver online training sessions focused on disability awareness and inclusion. You will use your personal lived experience to help others understand the realities of disability, challenge stereotypes, and promote a more inclusive society. What you’ll do Share your own experiences of living with a disability in a safe, structured environment. Co-facilitate training sessions via Zoom or similar platforms, often alongside an experienced trainer or team member. Engage with participants through discussion and Q&A to support learning and reflection. Help adapt content to reflect authentic lived experiences and current disability issues. Key Deliverable Co-deliver impactful, insightful online training sessions that raise awareness and improve understanding of disability and inclusion. Support and Collaboration You’ll work closely with a small, friendly team of inclusion advocates and experienced trainers. Technical support and guidance will be provided, and training sessions will be co-planned with you. Flexibility This role is flexible and can be shaped around your strengths and preferences. Whether you're confident speaking or prefer supporting with prep or answering questions, we’ll find the right fit. We welcome suggestions to improve the training and make it more effective and authentic.
